Chris Bright directs the real estate activities at Bright Realty. He began his career with STM Mortgage Company, where he supervised STM's real estate construction lending operations as well as its commercial loan placement and underwriting. He was also with Bright Management as VP of Operations.
Mr. Bright serves on the boards of State Bank & Trust, Bright Industries, Bright Realty, Bright & co., Bright and Co. Marketing and American Legend Homes. His civic activities include serving on the boards of directors of the University of Dallas, A Weekend to Wipe Out Cancer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas and the McKinney Avenue Trolley Association. He graduated from the University of Dallas with a B.A in 1978.
Clay Bright is a principal at Bright Realty and Bright & Co., and serves as current chairman of State Bank & Trust. Mr Bright also serves on the board of Bright Industries and American Legend Homes. He received his B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1979, and has worked for the Bright family interests since that time.
His civic activities include serving in the boards of the Easterwood Foundation and The Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University, and he had been actively involved in Boy Scouts of America.

Eric Stanley began his career in 1981 managing his family's real estate development business in Dallas. In 1986, he joined Bright Realty as a manager. Mr. Stanley joined Trammell Crow in 1989 as a Tulsa-based senior property manager, responsible for the Bank of Oklahoma high-rise tower in excess of 1.5 million-square-feet. He also served as president elect of Tulsa's Institution of Real Estate Management organization (IREM) and vice president of Tulsa's Building Owners and Management Association organization (BOMA).
In 1996, he returned to Texas to oversee a commercial development firm in Austin. During his 7 years there, he redirected the development, management and sales of over 1 million-square-feet of Class A office, commercial and retail shopping and over $10 million in lease transactions.
Career highlights since his return to Bright Realty in 2004 include: development, leasing and management of over 125,000 square-feet of mixed-used, 55,000 square-feet of office and involvement in land brokerage of over $41 million worth of land transactions, unrelated to residential lot activity. Mr. Stanley has held a Institute of Real Estate Management's Certified Property Manager designation since 1993 and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
David Thomasson has been part of the Bright Realty team since 2001. He joined the company as senior accountant and most recently held the title of chief accounting officer. As chief financial officer for Bright Realty, he will be responsible for long term financial planning, reporting and analysis, as well as maintaining relationships with lenders and overseeing a staff of five.
Mr. Thomasson is a member of the Dallas Fort Worth Area Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Bright Realty, he worked for the Dallas Cowboys Football Club and its related real estate entities. Mr. Thomason, a Dallas native, is also an active volunteer with the Caring Hearts program at Baylor Hospital.

Mr. Patterson is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the McCombs School of Business. Lucas is a licensed Texas Real Estate agent and has been working in retail commercial real estate for nine years. Lucas spent the last six plus years with Lincoln Property Company in its Austin office and worked on leasing of over 1.3 million square feet of LPC's shopping center developments in the Austin area as well as aiding the company with the acquisition, leasing and management, and partial disposition of a third party portfolio in excess of 1 million square feet in Central Texas. Lucas, his wife, Ali, and their three children are excited about making Dallas their new home and joining the Bright Realty family.
Britton has more than ten years of commercial real estate experience in Texas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Prior to joining the Bright team in 2011, Britton worked for Century 21 Commercial in retail project leasing, managing 13 agents and handling retail tenant representation. Prior to Century 21 Commercial, he worked at Cross Development, overseeing all aspects of Wal-Mart Super Center shadowed retail projects with site selection and leasing for over 4 years.
The majority of his retail brokerage consists of Third Party Retail leasing and retail tenant representation. Landlords he has worked with include Glenborough, Greenway Investments. Meridian Bank, State Bank and Trust, CME Development, Thompson National Properties, Eagle Equity, Mark R. Smith Co, Cawley Partners, Windmill Development, Victory Group, RTG Capital and more. Currently he is leasing high profile developments such as the mixed use development The Realm at Castle Hills, and Stonebriar Commons in Frisco. His tenant representation work includes clients such as RaceTrac, WingStop, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, Papa Murphy Pizza, Long Prairie Dental, II Brothers Grill & Bar, Spirit Halloween, Soul Fire Pizza, and more. For the past six years, Britton has focused on new construction retail in high income communities that cater to national retail and medical tenants. Currently he is overseeing 1.2 Million sf or commercial property for lease and 785 acres for sale for future commercial development.
Lankford is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas, a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He was born and raised in North Texas and has lived in Plano since 2002 with his wife and two boys. He graduated from The University of Texas.
Tim joined Bright & Co. Marketing, one of several businesses within Bright Industries, in 2009 as an account coordinator. There, he handled marketing projects for Bright Realtys Castle Hills master-planned community and its home builder, American Legend Homes. Tim was promoted to Bright Realty as the Assistant Vice President in 2011 and to Vice President in 2013. In his role with the commercial real estate firm, Tim handles commercial land sales for Bright Industries and project leasing and sales for third party clients. Tim earned a business degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed realtor in the state of Texas, a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He lives in Frisco with his wife, Amber.
Paul Harmon has joined the Bright Realty commercial real estate team as vice president. He brings with him more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Texas.
Paul began his commercial real estate career with Henry S. Miller Commercial in the land division under the direction of Robert Grunnah and Ray Utley. Land sales he brokered there included multi-family tracts, single-family development tracts and a large retail assembly in Denton for Hunt Properties, now known as Denton Crossing.
Paul also worked for Retail Street Advisors focusing on project leasing and tenant representation. Landlord clients included Behringer Harvard, Hermansen Land Development and Whitestone REIT. His tenant representation work includes such well-known clients as Coal Vines Bistro, Rusty Taco, Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt, and Rocket Fizz.
