The Bright Realty team returns to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Texas Conference and Deal Making event October 5 7. Bright Realtys 600-square-foot, high-tech set-up will be located at Booth 1549 in the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. It will offer retail partners the opportunity to learn about the companys most exciting projects including The Realm at Castle Hills, a 1.4 million-square-foot mixed-used project with retail, office, restaurant and more than 4,000 luxury multi-family units on 324 acres in the rapidly growing State Highway 121 area.
The ICSC environment is ideal for sharing information on the opportunities we are offering, said Lucas Patterson, Bright Realty executive vice president. Its also the perfect backdrop to showcase the impressive amount of activity we are generating in the busy Nebraska Furniture Mart area. Our team is part of the historic growth we are seeing there, and were excited to share that with our potential partners.
In addition to The Realm, Bright Realty has several other opportunities along the highly visible State Highway 121 frontage road and at specific high traffic intersections such as Josey and Windhaven. The companys brokers have already closed deals at these locations with high profile tenants like Starbucks, ALDI, Planet Sub, Unser Karting and Events and Honest-1 Auto Care.
Brokers are also working to pre-lease Phase 5 of the popular Village Shops, located within Bright Realtys master-planned Castle Hills community, which currently has almost 4,000 single family homes and 423 newly constructed apartments at Bright Realtys Discovery at The Realm multi-family project. Commercial opportunities are also available throughout North Texas in Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Anna, Murphy, Southlake, Irving, Desoto and Arlington, and even into Oklahoma.
