Bright Realtys The Realm at Castle Hills was featured prominently in a recent NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) office bus tour. More than 100 commercial agents from all over the DFW area learned about The Realm after starting off the event with lunch and a presentation from Stephen Jones at The Star in Frisco.
The three-and-a-half hour tour featured stops at some of the most impressive office locations in the Frisco/SH 121 area so The Realm was a natural fit for the agenda, said Lucas Patterson, executive vice president. The Realm at Castle Hills is Bright Realtys 324-acre mixed-use development combining office, retail, dining and apartments along prominent SH 121 frontage and Standridge Drive. The first phase of the project is scheduled for delivery in 2018.
Brokers were especially interested in hearing about the office space and amenities available in this busy area, said Britton Lankford, senior vice president. The Realm features 239,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space over nine floors in addition to a tenant lounge with patio seating, a fitness center, tenant conference center and a two-level parking garage. Colliers International reps John Conger and Michael Carmichael were also at the event to answer questions about the project.
It was an ideal setting for informing local real estate professionals about both the retail and office opportunities at The Realm, added Patterson. The setting is a live, work and play environment. It features modern office space as well as retail and restaurant space surrounded by an outdoor plaza and fountains, an event pavilion, a food truck area and more. It is within walking distance of Discovery at the Realm, Bright Realtys luxury apartment community. Bright Realty is managing leasing on the retail portion of The Realm at Castle Hills; Colliers International is coordinating the brokerage of office space.
