Only two pad sites remain in Castle Hills growing retail development on the southeast corner of Josey Lane and Windhaven Parkway. The site, owned by Bright Realty, offers high visibility and traffic counts, as well as a grocery-store anchor.
A new ALDI is set to break ground in late summer 2017 at the site, the first in The Colony/Lewisville area, said Britton Lankford, senior vice president. That will serve as a great draw to this location.
Current tenants at the site include Caliber Collision; Honest-1 Auto Car; DreamWash Auto Spa, opening February 2017; and a self-storage facility opening June 2017. Two pad sites are still available. Lot 3 offers 47,757-square-feet; lot 5 is 57,980-square-feet. Bright Realty has plans to deliver a building on lot 2a, which will be available for lease in summer 2017. That 6,000-square-foot building will be next to ALDI and also offers an option for restaurant patio space.
This is an ideal location for tenants. It sits directly across from a SuperTarget-anchored center and is just down State Highway 121 frontage road from the busy Nebraska Furniture Mart and Grandscape development, added Lankford. In addition to the residential growth we are seeing in this area, the daytime population is booming, as well.
