Other Speakers at the event include Brian Loughmiller, mayor of the city of McKinney, who will serve as keynote speaker, and Dan Bowman, executive director and CEO of the Allen Economic Development Corporation, serving as moderator. Bright Realty is the developer of Castle Hills, a master-planned community with approximately 4,000 single family homes in the SH 121/Lewisville area, with 750 more homes planned in the coming years. Also under development is Discovery at The Realm, a 4000-unit luxury multi-family that is part of Bright RealtyÂ’s mixed-use The Realm at Castle Hills project. The Realm will consist of 1.4 million square feet of retail, office, restaurant and theater on a total of 324 acres. Bright has also completed the first phase of land development of an over 150-acre office park along SH 121 known as Crown Centre at Castle Hills. With the infrastructure and the development now complete, Bright Realty is proceeding with plans for the first office building which is planned at seven stories with a total of 202,350 rentable square feet. Bright Realty also has several pad sites for lease and sale in the area.

“The region is home to some of the top employers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Toyota Motor Company, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Frito Lay, JC Penney, and FedEx Office, all located within minutes of Castle Hills,” said Stanley. “With the employment growth rate in Dallas-Fort Worth at a consistent incline, and a residential population that will continue to expand and thrive, the area will continue to require housing, retail and entertainment to those living and employed in the area.”
