Bright Realty, in partnership with the City of Lewisville, is bringing the popular Castle Hills Spring Concert Series back to the Castle Hills Village Shops. The third annual series features two concerts: Big City Outlaws, a country/rock band on Saturday, May 13, and The Boy Band Night, a boy band cover band on Saturday, June 10. Both concerts also offer family-friendly activities, food trucks and concessions, as well as opportunities to showcase Village Shops tenants to those from the Castle Hills neighborhood and from neighboring communities.
Bright Realty recognizes the importance of events in building community, and activities like the concert series draw hundreds of people to the Village Shops and spotlight our tenants as well as our entire community, said Eric Stanley, president and COO. These events are a great way to remind people of all of the great amenities available to homeowners here, including the Village Shops.
Guests will be able to spread out on blankets or lawn chairs in front of the main stage built for the event. Family-friendly activities such as bounce houses, carnival games and prizes, face painters and a black light photo booth start at 6:30 p.m. Big City Outlaws will take the stage from 8 to 9:30 p.m.
In addition to encouraging neighbors and friends to come to the concerts, we are also reminding visitors that they can enjoy dinner or drinks at one of our restaurants either before or after the event, added Stanley. Several Village Shops restaurants are serving food and drinks at different times during the events. PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery specializes in signature pizzas and a one-of-a-kind drink menu; T.B.D. Kitchen offers tacos, burritos and specialty cocktails; Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi serves a variety of fresh sushi options; Zs Wok offers several Chinese specialties; and Froyo Smoo-licious has a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings.
The Big City Outlaws concert is sponsored by Grande Communications, local cable and internet provider for Castle Hills residents. The Boy Band Night concert is sponsored by Kroger.
The Plaza area at the Village Shops offers permanent shaded seating, a built-in stage, extensive green space and water features including the very popular interactive water fountain. The concerts are FREE and open to everyone. Visit the Castle Hills Village Shops website for information on all events and tenant hours.
