Bright Realtys mega-development Castle Hills continues to grow, and development of the master-planned communitys newest phase is underway. Castle Hills Phase 9, to be marketed as Southpointe, will add 177 50-foot home sites situated on approximately 35 acres at the northeast corner of Hebron Parkway and Standridge Drive.
Castle Hills currently has more than 3,600 single-family homes completed with 12,000 residents, making it North Texas fourth largest master-planned community. Homes in Southpointe will be built by American Legend Homes, a Bright Industries company, and Shaddock Homes. The neighborhood will feature a new park, playground and trail. Builder pre-sales are expected to begin early 2016, with model home completion sometime next spring.

Bright Realty established Castle Hills in 1995 and has developed all 3,920 single-family lots to date. Bright Realty will continue development of the community with the addition of 300-400 more lots for single-family homes in the coming years. Bright Realty is also developing 423 apartment units to be delivered in April 2016 as the first phase of Discovery at The Realm, a multi-family project with more than 4,000 units projected at build-out. Discovery at The Realm is part of The Realm at Castle Hills, a planned mixed-use project planned along State Highway 121 frontage with Bright Realty as the developer.
