Bright Realty has completed the sale of its Castle Hills Commons retail site. Located on State Highway 121 adjacent to Nebraska Furniture Mart, Bright Realty broke ground on the 7,727-square-foot center in March 2016 and construction was completed August 2016. The sites anchor, Starbucks, opened the following October and other tenants Planet Sub, Great Expressions Dental Center and F45 Training quickly followed. The location was fully leased when it was purchased by a private investor in September 2017.

Bright Realty will implement the same successful strategy it used with Castle Hills Commons on its new Elk Crossing retail site in Burleson. The company broke ground on a 6,600-square-foot shopping center in September. The center will include a 2,200-square-foot R Taco with a patio, as well as 4,400-square-feet still available for lease, including an endcap with a drive-thru opportunity. The high-traffic intersection is anchored by a Kroger and a Premiere Cinemas movie theater, with an HEB, Home Depot and Target across the street. Upon completion of construction and tenant leasing, Bright Realty will offer Elk Crossing as an investment opportunity.
