Bright Realty brokered the sale of 1.15 acres of the companys land in the master-planned Castle Hills community, just west of the future Nebraska Furniture Mart, to NorthPoint Development. This busy State Highway 121 area will now have a two-tenant retail center for a new Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Salsaritas Fresh Cantina Mexican restaurant. Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford with Bright Realty represented Bright Realty in the sale. Bryan Cornelius with Venture Commercial represented the buyer, NorthPoint Development.
Bright Realty has seven of its nine available commercial pad sites between SuperTarget and Nebraska Furniture Mart under contract. This area is just north of Bright Realtys 379 single family home sites in Castle Hills that will be delivered to homebuilders September 2014.
