Bright Realty has the sales assignment for a 16.9 acre retail tract (from one to five-plus acres in size) fronting Hwy. 121 between Josey Lane and Plano Parkway. The site sits between Super Target and the recently announced Nebraska Furniture Mart. The site is located in a heavy traffic area among several established large retailers, directly on the Hwy. 121 eastbound exit ramp. It can be divided into multiple pad sites, if needed.
This site offers substantial activity due to the already-established nearby Super Target, Wal-Mart Supercenter and Home Depot, said Tim McNutt, Bright Realty executive vice president. It is situated adjacent to the upcoming Nebraska Furniture Mart, which broke ground this month, giving it even greater exposure with its estimated $600 million in annual sales, he added. In addition, the property is close to the corporate offices of Sysco, JC Penney and Frito-Lay.
